| Job Objective |
As Business Development Manager Portals you will be responsible for the development of Gulfcars.com. Your priority is to increase content and raise the profile of the website through consumers, car dealers and Finance and Insurance companies. You will be measured on both activity and revenue generation. You will need to be a strong strategic thinker who can work on their own initiative. You will be required to present and implement development plans.

| Principal Accountabilities |
- Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
- Proactively develop and improve products and services
- Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues

| Responsibilities & Roles |
- To meet the targets and goals as set every month.
- Support marketing activities, including trade/ scientific shows, mailings, etc.
- Maintain the Business Development databases.
- Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions.
- Liaise and negotiate with other portals, printed media and auctioneers.
- Develop new marketing campaigns for direct marketing using social media and interactive web marketing.
- Oversee development of Portal strategies and processes.

| Knowledge Skills & Experience |
- Minimum 3-5 years of previous sales and/or business development experience web/interactive marketing and media marketing.
- Competent in both written and oral in English for all professional and social settings.
- PC literate with high level of spread sheet/database competence. UAE driving license.
- Excellent research skills, planning and organisation. Strong analytical skills, strong customer relations skills, problem solving skills.
- Previous automotive research and data entry skills required.
